Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to KyloAI Studio, a managed creator-operations service operated by Oriono Digital Limited (“KyloAI”, “we”, “us”).

1. The service

KyloAI Studio helps participating independent creators receive prepared photo carousels in their own TikTok inbox. The service may validate media, associate a carousel with the correct connected account, obtain the creator's confirmation and report the delivery state.

KyloAI Studio does not automatically publish or schedule TikTok posts. The creator must open TikTok and remains responsible for final editing, music, disclosures, visibility, scheduling and posting.

2. Eligibility and authorised use

Access is provided on a managed basis. A creator may connect only a TikTok account they own or are authorised to use. Each creator must personally complete TikTok authorisation and must not share their TikTok password with KyloAI.

Operators may prepare and assign content only for participating creators who have authorised the relevant account and content workflow.

3. Content rights and responsibilities

Creators and operators must have all rights, permissions and licences needed for submitted images, text, trademarks, music and other material. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited permission to host, validate, display and transfer that content solely to provide the service.

You must not use KyloAI Studio to:

• infringe intellectual-property, privacy or publicity rights;
• impersonate another person or connect an unauthorised account;
• send spam, deceptive, unlawful or harmful content;
• evade TikTok safeguards, rate limits or moderation;
• remove third-party rights-management information;
• misrepresent commercial or branded content.

4. TikTok and third-party services

TikTok is a third-party service governed by its own terms, policies and availability. KyloAI is not TikTok and is not endorsed by TikTok. TikTok may reject, delay, restrict or remove content or access. We do not guarantee TikTok approval, inbox delivery, publication, reach or availability.

Creators must make any required commercial-content disclosure and comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and other applicable policies when completing the post.

5. Account connection and disconnection

TikTok permissions are granted by the creator through TikTok's authorisation screen. A creator may revoke access through TikTok's app-permission settings or by contacting us. We may disconnect an account where access is expired, unsafe, unauthorised or no longer required.

6. Availability and changes

We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend a transfer to prevent duplication, protect an account, comply with a platform restriction or correct a validation problem. We may update the service where necessary to comply with TikTok API changes or legal requirements.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where these Terms are breached, an account or content appears unauthorised, continued use creates security or platform risk, or the managed relationship ends. Creators may ask us to disconnect and delete their service data, subject to legitimate retention requirements.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, KyloAI is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost reach or revenue, or actions taken by TikTok or another third party. The service is provided with reasonable care but without guarantees about platform outcomes.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to an individual creator.
